The printers are sold with a 36 months parts only return to base warranty. This means should a printer become faulty and the enhanced warranty is not purchased then the faulty module needs to be shipped to our spares location. Upon receipt and inspection of the faulty module a replacement is made available for collection. All logistic costs are borne by the customer.
Level 1's enhanced warranty program gives you the following benefits.
  • We supply all modules to you at no extra cost. The modules are sent direct to site in re useable packaging.
    The unit arrives within 72 hours of the module being confirmed by our technical support team as being faulty.
    The defective module is collected by us as soon as the engineers has fitted the replacement module
  • We keep inventory for you at no additional cost
  • The replacement modules are shipped using CIF incoterms - any taxes and duties are payable locally

Level 1 also offer an enhanced warranty renewal program for customers who may wish to extend the warranty on their printers.
